Coming soon: free business tax assistance program | Department of Commerce
The Philadelphia Business Tax Assistance program will provide small businesses earning less than $250,000 in revenue with free tax preparation assistance. Landlords and property rental businesses are not eligible for this program. Eligible businesses will be matched with vetted accountants across the city that speak multiple languages including Spanish and Mandarin.
This program is to be administered by the Department of Commerce.
Business eligibility
Eligible businesses must be:
Based in Philadelphia (must have a business address, or if homebased must live in Philadelphia)
Have a maximum revenue of $250,000 in 2024
Note: Landlords and property rental businesses are not eligible for this program.
