According to DownDetector, Microsoft Outlook first started seeing intermittent issues around 25 reports at 7:35 p.m. ET Wednesday, July 9. DownDetector showed 413 reported issues around 1:30 p.m. ET Thursday morning. Microsoft has deployed a fix and is issuing the fix worldwide.
