SpaceX scrubbed the launch of the SES O3b mPOWER Mission on a Falcon 9 Monday night just seconds before liftoff. The rocket was set to take off at Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. SpaceX was targeting 5:27 p.m. ET for liftoff with additional opportunities available until 7:19 p.m. ET if needed.
