COVENANT HEALTH REACHES AN AGREEMENT WITH BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF TEXAS

We are pleased to announce Covenant Health has successfully reached a new contract agreement with BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, effective July 31, 2025. This agreement ensures that over 140,000 individuals will maintain in-network access to Covenant’s hospitals and healthcare providers throughout Texas. As a result, this agreement will benefit individuals and families across 20 counties seeking care at Covenant Medical Group, Grace Clinic, and all Covenant hospitals.

BCBSTX/COVENANT NEGOTIATION UPDATE

We’re pleased to have reached an agreement with Covenant Health that protects the interests of our members and customers. Covenant Health doctors, hospitals and other facilities will remain in BCBSTX Blue Choice PPO℠ and Blue Essentials℠ provider networks.
