Ethan Demme, chairman of the East Lampeter Board of Supervisors, said, “The people who are actually out there working every day, building businesses and making money, they’re the ones that we want their voice in the process of what’s the priority? What should we do next? Where should we focus our funding and resources so the Business Improvement District will help businesses have a voice to direct the township and themselves of where should we set the priorities and what should we work on next?”
