Business Buzz: Spirit Halloween to open in former Party City location in Fargo
Spirit Halloween has announced its locations for the 2025 Halloween season. The annual Blu Water Bash at Blu Water Creek + Shops at Blu will be held Sept. 25. Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota will host the 2025 Worksite Wellness Summit Sept. 15 at the Holiday Inn, 3801 13th Ave. S. The event was established seven years ago to draw shoppers to the businesses located near the intersection of 32nd Avenue South and 45th Street South. The one-day event is designed to energize workplace wellness strategies and address the growing crisis of employee disengagement and burnout.
A store is expected to open sometime in August in the former Party City at 4340 13th Ave. S. in Fargo, according to the retailer’s website.

With over 1,500 stores across the United States and Canada, Spirit Halloween is the largest Halloween retailer in North America.
Spirit Halloween sells costumes for men, women, children and pets.
