GEORGIA (WALB) – The Georgia Department of Public Safety released the activity report for Labor Day travel.
The report was updated at 6 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 31.
Across the state, the department saw:
245 DUIs
221 distracted driving incidents
357 seatbelt citations
108 total crashes
3 people killed in crashes
35 people injured in crashes
15 crashes caused by someone under the influence
5 Total crashes with CMV involvement
