Southern California business owner arrested for alleged sexual abuse
The suspect was identified as Vicente Garcia-Garcia, according to the Bell Gardens Police Department. The suspect operates a business called Lucaz Entertainment, which provides entertainment services at parties and gatherings throughout Southern California. Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. Detectives have been investigating allegations of sexual abuse involving the suspect and on Aug. 27, announced they had discovered two victims in connection with the case.
The suspect operates a business called Lucaz Entertainment, which provides entertainment services at parties and gatherings throughout Southern California.

Police did not disclose information about the victims or how they were known to the suspect. Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
“The Bell Gardens Police Department is dedicated to thoroughly investigating allegations of sexual abuse, supporting survivors, and ensuring community safety,” the department said. “We encourage anyone with information to come forward.”
