WELL, ABBY AND EVAN, THESE DOCUMENTS OUTLINE WHAT HAPPENED THE NIGHT SEVEN PEOPLE WERE SHOT AND TWO OTHERS HURT BY GLASS AFTER A MASS SHOOTING NEAR THE COLLECTIVE IN MIDTOWN, POLICE ANNOUNCED TODAY. THREE PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FOR THAT SHOOTING. ALL THREE FACE NINE COUNTS OF ASSAULT AND BATTERY WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, AND ONE COUNT OF USING A VEHICLE TO FACILITATE A SHOOTING. NOW, POLICE SAY BEFORE SHOTS WERE FIRED, A 23 YEAR OLD WOMAN GOT IN A FIGHT WITH TWO OTHERS. BUT THAT FIGHT WAS BROKEN UP IN LESS THAN ONE MINUTE. SIX MINUTES LATER, A CAR DROVE BY AND SHOTS WERE FIRED FROM THE BACK SEAT INTO A CROWD OF PEOPLE. AN ARREST AFFIDAVIT SAYS WITNESSES HEARD THE WOMAN WHO WAS IN THE FIGHT ON THE PHONE, SAYING SHE’D, QUOTE, HAVE HER MAN COME OVER AND SHOOT THE SPOT UP. THE AFFIDAVIT SAYS THAT MAN LEFT THE COLLECTIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOOTING, ACCORDING TO VIDEO FOOTAGE. THE CAR HE GOT IN, THE SAME CAR, CAUGHT ON CAMERA WITH THE SUSPECT SHOOTING FROM THE BACKSEAT. TWO DAYS LATER, POLICE SAY THE CAR WAS FOUND ABANDONED AND BURNED. IT HAD A BULLET HOLE AND EVIDENCE SOMEONE HAD TRIED TO SET THE CAR ON FIRE. ONE SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED A WEEK AFTER THE SHOOTING ON A WEAPONS CHARGE. THE OTHER TWO WERE BOOKED INTO JAIL TUESDAY. Oklahoma City police announced Wednesday that they have arrested three people for the mass shooting outside a Midtown bar during a Thunder playoff game. The situation happened a month ago, but new documents revealed what happened the night seven people were shot, and two others were hurt by glass near The Collective, a popular bar and restaurant. All three suspects face nine counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and one count of using a vehicle to facilitate a shooting. Before the shots were fired, a 23-year-old woman got into a fight with two others, but that fight was broken up in less than a minute. Six minutes later, a car drove by, and shots were fired from the backseat, into a crowd of people. >> Video Below: Police arrest 3 in connection with shooting outside The Collective that left 9 injuredAn arrest affidavit said witnesses heard the woman who was in the fight on the phone saying she would “have her man come over and shoot the spot up.” The affidavit said the man left The Collective 15 minutes before the shooting, according to video footage. The car he got into was the same car caught on camera with a suspect shooting from the backseat. Two days later, police said the car was found abandoned and burned.
