BETTENDORF, Iowa — United Way Quad Cities has added six new community members to its robust Board of Directors to begin its 2024-25 fiscal year.

The new members, who began their term in July, will each serve a three-year term. They will join 20 other leaders to “provide strategic direction, decision making and guidance to steer the organization,” according to a release from the nonprofit.

The new members are as follows:

Ed Decker, Partner, RSM US LLP

Meyer Lehman, Executive Vice President, BITCO

Octavius O’Large, Vice President/Chief Steward, UFCW Local 431 covering the Davenport Kraft Heinz Plant

Sangeetha Rayapati, Professor, Augustana College; Mayor, City of Moline

Zarifa Reynolds, President & CEO, Royal Neighbors of America

Brian Reynolds, Director, Metallurgy and Process Technology, Arconic

Board volunteer officers and committee chairs have also been named for the fiscal year:
