A coalition of state attorneys general signed onto guidance released Tuesday that reinforces the necessity of environmental justice action despite President Donald Trump’s executive actions that roll back such efforts.

Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell (D) co-led the guidance alongside attorneys general representing Arizona, Connecticut, New York, and other states, in order to answer “confusion raised by stakeholders” about environmental justice.
