Governor Bob Ferguson has appointed Ryan Moran as the next director of the Washington State Health Care Authority. Moran currently serves as Medicaid Director and Deputy Secretary for Health Care Financing at the Maryland Department of Health.

He will officially begin his role at HCA on August 18.
