Kelce’s girlfriend, singer Taylor Swift, has been a big supporter of his since their relationship began in 2023. Last season, she appeared in all but one game at Arrowhead Stadium and also attended the playoffs.
But Swift’s support has continued into the offseason. On Monday, she and Kelce attended Tight End University (TEU) at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. The annual event, founded in 2021 by Kelce, the 49ers’ George Kittle and former NFL tight end Greg Olsen, brings together the league’s top tight ends for several days of training and mentorship, running from Monday through Thursday.

Swift has earned some well-deserved downtime over the past few months. In early December 2024, she capped off her record-breaking “Eras Tour,” which grossed over $2 billion. Since Kelce and the Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss, she has remained relatively out of the spotlight, outside of a few public appearances here and there.

The two have met in the Super Bowl twice, with Kelce and the Chiefs walking away with both wins. But Kelce and Kittle put their differences aside for at least a few days for their annual Tight End University (TEU).
TEU, founded in 2021 by Travis Kelce, George Kittle and Greg Olsen, is an annual offseason program that brings together the NFL’s top tight ends for training and mentorship. Held each summer at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, this year’s event will run from Monday through Thursday.
On Monday, the NFL posted a new photo of Kelce at this year’s event. He is joined by Kittle, Olsen, former New York Giants tight end Jeremy Shockey and the Las Vegas Raiders’ Brock Bowers. Each star is wearing TEU gear as well.

While some NFL fans enjoyed the gathering of great tight ends, others noticed the appearance of Kelce and Kittle. They took to social media to leave their thoughts.

Among other notable attendees at the 2025 TEU are Jake Ferguson of the Dallas Cowboys, T.J. Hockenson of the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Goedert of the Philadelphia Eagles. But numerous other positional players, such as Dak Prescott, have made an appearance at TEU in the past.

Kittle caught 78 passes and posted 1,106 yards and eight touchdowns last season. Pro Football Focus gave him a 92.1 overall grade for the 2024 campaign, which was the highest it gave to any NFL tight end. He was named to his fourth straight Pro Bowl and sixth Pro Bowl overall in 2024.
Kittle isn’t just known for being a premier pass-catching threat and security blanket for the Niners. He also blocks adeptly to open things up for his teammates, and he’s also known for his physical style of play, as he loves to initiate and create contact with or without the football.

He was named to his fourth straight Pro Bowl and sixth Pro Bowl overall in 2024. While the Las Vegas Raiders’ Brock Bowers and the Arizona Cardinals’ Trey McBride had more receiving yards than Kittle, Kittle averaged more yards per reception than either of them.
