The Apple iCloud outage started around 2:36 PM ET (approximately 12:06 AM IST on June 25) The outage affected various Apple services including iCloud Photos , Find My, and Mail. Users were not able to sync or access their data due to the iCloud outage. Apple acknowledged and later resolved the outage which caused significant frustration for users around the globe. Apple also updated its System Status page with “All services operating normally” after the issue was resolved.

iCloud Mail: Users were not able to send or receive emails. Some users also reported problem in accessing their inboxes.
Photos: Users also encountered issues with iCloud Photos as they were not able to access their online photo libraries or view moments. Users also complained of error while syncing new images across devices.
Find My: The service used for locating Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Macs, experienced problems, with some users seeing “Find My Unavailable” messages.
iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com) & iWork for iCloud: Both these services witnessed complete outage. Users were not able to access iCloud.com and applications like Pages, Numbers and more were also not working.
iCloud Account & Sign-In: Some users were not able to log into their iCloud accounts
iCloud Storage Upgrades: Users were also not able to purchase additional iCloud storage due to the outage.

Along with this, users also took to social media platforms such as X and Reddit to raise complaints.According to Apple’s own System Status page, and corroborated by user reports, the outage hit several key iCloud services:Apple acknowledged the iCloud outage and also updated its System Status page. Initially the company marked multiple services with “Outage” or “Issue” warnings. Later the company updated the page indicating that “some users” were affected by the problems.Apple also updated its System Status page with “All services operating normally” after the issue was resolved. The outage which began around 4:15 PM Pacific (4:45 AM IST on June 25) lasted for approximately five hours.
