Pennsylvania lawmakers and business leaders are asking the state’s congressional delegation to back energy tax credits for nuclear power.
Leaders of the legislature’s bicameral and bipartisan Nuclear Energy Caucus sent a letter to Pennsylvania’s U.S. House and Senate members urging them to protect the nuclear production tax credit, the technology-neutral clean energy tax credit and the clean electricity investment tax credit.
