Amazfit, the smart wearables brand owned by Zepp Health, has launched a new edition of its Active 2 Square smartwatch – aimed at fitness enthusiasts who view sport as part of a broader lifestyle.

This latest version features a rectangular 1.75” AMOLED display in a stainless steel case with a modern design and rounded edges. The screen is protected by sapphire glass and offers up to 2000 nits of brightness for visibility during outdoor training. (Displays designed for outdoor use in direct sunlight may require 1,000 nits or higher.)

Now available, the Amazfit Active 2 Square supports over 160 sports modes including HYROX, running, fitness, hiking and cycling. It also includes free offline maps and return-route navigation, with a 10-day battery life.

An upcoming update will also integrate Wild.ai – a platform tailored to female athletes that adapts to life stages including pregnancy and menopause, with a focus on tracking, training, fuelling and recovery.
