Bill Wisneski is proof that a smile can brighten the darkest day.

The 71-year-old from Ashwaubenon has faced a lot of obstacles over the last decade, but he’s met them head-on with an infectious smile and an unwavering, upbeat attitude.

“I’m always happy,” Wisneski said during a recent conversation at Telulah Park in Appleton. “Nothing gets me down. I wish people would be more like that. Just remain happy, whatever you’re doing.”
