Atlanta Braves third baseman Austin Riley was eligible to return from the injured list. Riley landed on the 10-day injured list on July 12th due to a strained right abdomen. It was reported that he may not be activated until Friday. Marcell Ozuna and the San Diego Padres have recently intensified trade talks, per a report. The Houston Astros placed righty Lance McCullers Jr. on the 15-day list.
