The second round pick of the Browns was arrested on domestic violence and battery charges in Broward County, Florida. This marks the second straight offseason where the Browns have had a rookie arrested for a domestic violence charge before even taking the field for the team as a rookie. Last year it was defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr., also a second round pick.
Judkins was drafted to be the heir apparent to Nick Chubb, who the Browns opted not to re-sign as he inked a one-year deal with the Houston Texans. Now, the Browns may very well have to turn to fourth round running back Dylan Sampson to take on the bulk of the carries in 2025, depending on how Judkins’ trial plays out.
