County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland and Madison counties registered 19 new businesses during the week of July 21 through 25. The average number of new businesses registered for the year to date has been 36.

County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland and Madison counties registered 19 new businesses during the week of July 21 through 25.
This was the lowest number of new businesses registered since January, when 19 new businesses were registered.
