‘Calculated harassment’: Ashoka University faculty on Prof Ali Khan Mahmudabad’s arrest over Op Sindoor remarks

Professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad is an associate professor at Ashoka University, New Delhi. He has been criticised for comments he made about Operation Sindoor. The faculty association has called for his release from jail. The statement also called for the release of all those involved in the attack on the Indian troops in Kashmir. The attack was carried out by the Pakistan Army and the Indian National Security Agency ( ISAF). The ISAF said the attack was in response to an attack on Indian soldiers in Kashmir by the Pakistani army and the ISAF. The Indian Army said it was responding to a request for help from the Indian Army and ISAF in the wake of the attack.
