Celebrities tee off for a cause in Hershey
The 10th annual Mid Penn Bank Celebrity Golf Classic brought 40 athletes and celebrities to Hershey. The event raises money for the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and Penn Medicine’s Basser Cent for BRCA. Our very own Valerie Pritchett and Allie Berube played in the tournament.

After hearing the story of a woman recently diagnosed, the tournament’s founder said he wants to do even more to help fund cancer research and patient care.
“She sat at my table, and my wife and I got to know her,” said Rory Ritrievi, CEO of Mid Penn Bank. “And if you can’t want to do something after that, then you might not have a pulse, because that made me want to work harder. These are our moms, sisters, friends, daughters, you know, and it’s like we just we need to, we need to get rid of this.”
