Ice Spice and Sauce Gardner were spotted last week in Lake George, the “birthplace of the American vacation.” The couple spent the weekend exploring the area around the lake — fishing, boating and exploring downtown Lake George, photos and videos shared by residents show.
The famous couple’s trip came days after Gardner inked a $120.4 million deal with the New York Jets, making him the highest-paid cornerback in National Football League history, according to the NFL.
During their stop in Lake George, the pair took the time to greet fans.
A photo shared by the Glens Falls Chronicle shows hip-hop star Ice Spice, known for hits like “Barbie World” and “Munch,” posing for a selfie with a fan in front of a two-story boat docked on the lake.”
The couple chartered a pontoon boat and went fishing on the lake, according to photos on Facebook and Instagram. At night, Ice Spice and Gardner were spotted walking with friends in downtown Lake George, a video shared by Two Buttons Deep shows.
It’s no surprise that Lake George attracted the attention of the two celebrities.

Lake George earned its reputation as the creator of the “American vacation” in the late 1800s, when a book describing the stunning region first drew visitors to the lake.
This year, the lake on the southeastern edge of the Adirondack Park was named the third-best lake in America by USA Today’s 10Best.
Lake George has also been called the cleanest lake in the U.S. It has been recognized for offering one of the best lake vacations in America and boasts Million Dollar Beach, one of the best beaches in Upstate New York.
