CHELSEA, Ala. (WBRC) – A massage business tied to a prostitution investigation is no longer licensed to do business in Chelsea.

The City of Chelsea has revoked the business license of Lily Massage following an investigation by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office determined it to be one of several being used as a means of illegal prostitution.

Three people were arrested after a long investigation.

Two of the people charged, Zhen Liang Ou and Aigin Zheng, were both charged with human trafficking.

Chelsea Mayor Tony Picklesimer said no one from Lilly Massage showed up to the hearing that led to the business being shut down.
