Sergio Conceiçao won’t hold a pre-match press conference today and is unlikely to talk to the media after Milan’s home game against Monza. The Portuguese coach will serve a one-game ban againstMonza at San Siro tomorrow. He signed a contract until June 2026 this past December, but Milan have an option to terminate the agreement at the end of the current campaign. Milan will announce Igli Tare as their new sporting director next week, and the former Lazio executive will get a new coach for 2025-25.

In fact, Conceiçao has not scheduled a classic pre-match press conference on the eve of the game, and according to Gazzetta, he’s unlikely to reply to questions from the media after the match on Saturday night.
The pink paper claims that Conceiçao’s assistant João Costa will likely attend post-match media activities tomorrow.

Conceiçao replaced his compatriot Paulo Fonseca in December 2024.
Although he won the Supercoppa Italiana in January, Conceiçao also faced elimination in the Champions League knockout playoff against Feyenoord, lost the Coppa Italia Final against Bologna and failed to qualify for European competitions.
Conceiçao won 15 games from 30 at Milan, drawing five times and losing ten times.
