DUBAI — In an international merge of architecture, design and consumer-facing fashion and lifestyle media branding, officials from Anax Holding and Elle International Licenses / Lagardère Group signed a deal formalizing the launch of Elle’s first branded residential project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Following the launch of its first residential tower in Miamilast year, Elle, owned by the French Lagardère Group, will make its Middle East debut with an exclusive residential project in a waterfront development on Dubai Islands.

During the official signing ceremony, Satish Sanpal, chairman of Anax Holding, and Francois Coruzzi, CEO of Elle International Licenses/ Lagardère Group, announced the partnership and noted that Elle Residences Dubai Islands will become a new architectural and cultural landmark.

The partnership with Anax Developments aligns Elle with a UAE-based partner that is well-versed in the local real estate landscape and with a track record in luxury development. Officials noted that the collaboration ensures that Elle’s first branded residence in the Middle East is anchored by a partner who understands both the cultural nuances and high expectations of the region’s buyers.
