The event is part of the Delta Classic golf tournament, which runs from June 24-28. The tournament is being held at the Delta Golf Club on the Detroit River in Detroit, Michigan. It is the first of two tournaments in the Detroit area this year, the other being at the Metropolitan Golf Club. The Delta Classic is a four-day tournament that runs through June 28. It will be the first tournament of the year to be held in Detroit and will be followed by a two-day event on June 29-30. The Rocket Classic will be held on the same course as the Detroit Open.
