In Wynwood, a new development known as The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is now launching sales.

The Cloud One Hotels is a Germany-based lifestyle hotel brand.

The development is planned to include 85 condo units, starting in the high $500,000s.

Unit sizes will range from studios to three bedrooms, including duplex penthouse units with 22-foot ceilings.

There will also be 214 hotel rooms, 11,350 square feet of commercial space, and 87 on-site parking spaces in the complex, according to plans previously filed with the UDRB last year.

Amenities will include a a rooftop swimming pool and deck with food and beverage service, an

indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar, a steam room, and a sauna.

HWKN Architecture is the design architect, with ODP the architect of record. Interior design is by March and White Design.

Fortis Design + Build of Miami is the local development manager

The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is being developed by a joint venture including German hospitality firm Motel One Group, a Munich-based company operating 100 hotels in 13 countries; Ralf Büschl, Founder and Chairman of BÜSCHL Group of Companies; and Sebastian Lüdke, Founder of ALP.X Group.

Demolition at the site has already been completed. Groundbreaking is planned for later this year, with completion in 2027.
