WASHINGTON, July 22 (Reuters) – The Federal Aviation Administration said a regional power outage disrupted telecommunications at the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center, which forced postponing of the SpaceX Falcon 9 TRACERS launch on Tuesday.
