Firstness First Health Club celebrates 40 years
Fitness First Health Club celebrated 40 years of community wellness. The event included local vendors, special class demos and a packed schedule of activities. The owners wanted to thank everyone who was able to attend their event, and of course a very big thank you to the community for supporting them for the last four decades.
The event yesterday included local vendors, special class demos and a packed schedule of activities for the community. The owners of the Health Club really wanted to celebrate 40 years of promoting health and making fitness enjoyable. They said they achieved this goal by really building a community.
“This community has really become something near and dear to our hearts and we feel that it’s been a real privilege to be able to offer an outlet for folks to commit to their wellness and their fitness. We have always tried to instill our core values of family, caring and loyalty. So, I think what stands out the most for me is how many lives have some through the door and have been a part of this community, so it’s really been a wonderful experience for us to celebrate with so many folks,” said Paula Welker, the co-owner of Fitness First Health Club.
