Fourth escaped inmate captured in New Orleans after jail break

Gary C. Price was taken into custody on Monday in New Orleans. He is one of ten inmates who broke out of the facility. Authorities say Price will be transferred to a secure state facility outside of the New Orleans area. A photo obtained by WWL Louisiana shows a hole in the wall with a mocking message written above it: “To (sic) easy lol” Three OPSO employees have been suspended without pay as the investigation continues. The manhunt has now stretched into its fourth day, with officers scouring neighborhoods and following leads across the region. The escapees used tools to cut through steel bars and likely received inside assistance from someone within OPSO.
