For most of us in the U.S., it’s too hot to do anything. You walk across the parking lot to get groceries, and by the time you enter the store, you’re a puddle. It’s too hot to sit outside, unless you’re lucky enough to have a swimming pool. Exercising outside is out of the question. Visiting a farmers market is always a fun thing to do in the summer, but it’s too hot to even consider doing that, unless you’re like these Golden Retriever siblings.

One person hilariously commented, “I’d like a Large Double Golden with an umbrella on the rocks, please.”

Someone else added, “Two Golden Iced Retrievers.”
Another person responded, “Everybody saying leave the dog at home… some of us want to live our lives with our dogs. We just take extra measures for their safety. Just look at how happy they are being included!”
Those pups are perfectly cared for in the heat!
Most everyone knows that you should never leave your dog locked in a hot car. When you take them out during the summer, make sure you have extra water with you because dogs can dehydrate in the heat easily. If your pup is panting or seems very lethargic, take them inside to cool down. Take special precautions if they’re walking on a hot sidewalk or concrete, and consider having them wear little socks or booties, so their paw pads don’t get too hot! Other than that, enjoy the summer with your pooch!
