With Google’s rumored August 20th Pixel launch day closing in, more and more rumors surrounding what the company has in the pipeline have been surfacing online. Leaks from a few hours ago detailed the Pixel 10’s color and storage options while also confirming the existence of the Pixel Buds 2a and a new wireless charging accessory. Now, a fresh leak details the Pixel Watch 4’s size, color, and band options.

Like the Pixel Watch 3, Google will supposedly offer the Pixel Watch 4 in 41mm and 45mm sizes in Wi-Fi and LTE configurations. Both sizes will launch in multiple colors, with the 41mm coming in Black, Gold, Moonstone, and Silver shades.

As per the leak, Google will offer the 45mm Pixel Watch 4 in Obsidian, Lemon, Moonstone, Iris, and Porcelain shades. Moonstone will purportedly be the only common color available across both variants.

Google also plans to introduce new bands for the Pixel Watch 4 family, including a Gradient Stretch Band and a two-tone Leather Band in Jade color. Below is the complete list of band options that have leaked:

2-Tone Leather Band: Jade

Active Band: Iris, Lemongrass, Moonstone

Active Sport Band: Indigo, Lemongrass, Moonstone, Peony

Crafted Leather Band: Moonstone

Metal Mesh Band: Matte Black, Polished Silver

Performance Loop Band: Moonstone

Woven Band: Indigo

Gradient Stretch Bands: Lemongrass/Frost, Moonstone, Obsidian/Hazel, Peony/Iris Size 1 – Size 5

Since Google’s next smartwatch is expected to come in the same sizes as the Pixel Watch 3, watch bands should be interchangeable between the two generations.

Pixel Watch 4 might offer more of the same with one twist

Leaked CAD renders have already revealed the Pixel Watch 4’s design, confirming it will look the same as the current model with some minor tweaks. The switch to wireless charging will supposedly be the biggest upgrade, with Google reportedly ditching the POGO pin charging solution again. Apparently, this move will lead to the Pixel Watch 4 sporting a thicker waistline than the Watch 3, though.

Even internally, Google’s next smartwatch is not rumored to pack any major upgrades. It may continue using the same Qualcomm W5 chip found in the last two Pixel Watches.
