US President Donald Trump on Tuesday posted a screenshot from a message from NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Truth Social, congratulating him for his “decisive action” in Iran and getting all NATO allies to agree to spend at least 5% of their GDP on defence.

“Congratulations and thank you for your decisive action in Iran, that was truly extraordinary, and something no one else dared to do. It makes us all safer,” the message read.

NATO officials confirmed the message was sent by Rutte to Trump earlier on Tuesday, as Trump headed to The Hague for a summit of NATO leaders.

“You are flying into another big success in The Hague this evening,” Rutte continued.

“You will achieve something NO American president in decades could get done. Europe is going to pay in a BIG way, as they should, and it will be your win.”

Ceasefire is BACK on, Trump says after his blistering ‘what the f**k’ blast at Israel & Iran & tense call with Netanyahu

President Donald Trump says he will not allow Iran to attack Israel with its nuclear weapons. The two countries have been locked in a war of words since the start of the year. The U.S. and Israel have agreed to a ceasefire until the end of the month. But the U.N. says Iran is still threatening Israel with more nuclear weapons if it doesn’t back down from its stand-off with the West. The United Nations has called on all sides to refrain from attacking each other’s nuclear facilities in the event of a new conflict. The UN has also called on both sides to stop threatening each other with nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction if the conflict continues for longer than a few days. The Obama administration has said it will not let Iran use nuclear weapons against Israel, which it says is a threat to its own security.

FALL INTO LINE Ceasefire is BACK on, Trump says after his blistering ‘what the f**k’ blast at Israel & Iran & tense call with Netanyahu

THE ceasefire between Iran and Israel is back on after Donald Trump slammed the pair blasting they “don’t know what the f*** they’re doing”.

Trump’s stunning profanity in front of cameras came as the two Middle Eastern rivals were preparing to attack each other just five hours into a ceasefire.

But Trump got on the phone to Benjamin Netanyahu and held a tense call telling the PM not to strike Iran.

Soon after, Israel appeared to have massively reduced its attack on Iran and only bombed a radar station in a “symbolic strike”, local media reported.

The President had just moments before appeared visibly angry speaking to journalists as he left the White House to Joint Base Andrews.

He lashed out saying: “We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*** they’re doing.”

Trump also sent a stinging message to Israel in a post on social media saying: “Do not drop those bombs. If you do it is a major violation.

“Bring your pilots home now.”

Israel was preparing to strike Tehran after a new wave of ballistic missiles were launched at Israel.

The rockets arrived just four hours into a pause in fighting following 12 days of missile salvos and World War 3 brinkmanship.

The two ballistic missiles were intercepted around 9am UK time – but it sparked a rapid deterioration towards renewed war.

Israel’s defence minister Israel Katz said the IDF was set to launch “intense strikes against regime targets in the heart of Tehran” in response to the bombs.

But Trump then appeared and blasted both Iran and Israel for violating the ceasefire and gave Netanyahu a call.

In a case of mixed messaging, Iran denied twice that they fired the missiles but also claimed that Israel broke the ceasefire first and the missile salvo was in response to that.

Trump announced the ceasefire on social media early on Tuesday morning saying: “THE CEASEFIRE IS NOW IN EFFECT. PLEASE DO NOT VIOLATE IT!”

Netanyahu declared victory and hailed Operation Rising Lion as a success having gutted the Ayatollah’s ballistic missile and nuclear program.

He said in a statement: “The IDF achieved full air control over Tehran’s skies, inflicted severe damage on the military leadership, and destroyed dozens of central Iranian government targets.”

The first part of the deal kicked into effect at 5am UK time and involved Iran first stopping its missile attacks.

Israel then had an extra 12 hours to continue attacking Iran, with its strikes having to stop at 5pm UK time and the full ceasefire taking effect.

The agreement came after the Ayatollah fired a last second salvo of missiles just before the deadline at 5am UK time.

Tragically four civilians were killed in the heartless strike on apartment buildings in the city of Beersheba.

Trump made the announcement just hours after Iran dramatically attacked a US military base in Qatar.

He wrote on Truth Social: “It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a “Complete and Total CEASEFIRE.”

Don dubbed the conflict “THE 12 DAY WAR” and said it could have “gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn’t, and never will!”

The ceasefire came after Trump dismissed the Iranian missile strike targeting the Al Udaid US air base on Monday night as “very weak”.

All the Iranian missiles were shot down, and no casualties were reported.

“As of now, there is NO ‘agreement’ on any ceasefire or cessation of military operations,” Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote in a post on X. “However, provided that the Israeli regime stops its illegal aggression against the Iranian people no later than 4 am Tehran time, we have no intention to continue our response afterwards.”

Araghchi added: “The final decision on the cessation of our military operations will be made later.”

Trump’s ceasefire proposals came after Tehran launched a retaliatory limited missile attack on a US military base in Qatar.

Israel-Iran War News Live: In an attempt to de-escalate the conflict, both Tehran and Tel Aviv agreed to a ceasefire brokered by the United States. Despite the deal, Israel on Tuesday claimed an Iranian airstrike continued as it detected the launch of more ballistic missiles from Iran.

The Israel-Iran conflict entered Day 12 today. In the early hours of Tuesday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran would stop its attacks if Israel stopped its airstrikes by 4am local time. Araghchi’s statement was being viewed as the first official remark by Iran to President Donald Trump’s claimed ceasefire between Iran and Israel.

Further, the Iraqi military claimed one of its military bases was struck by a drone today.

Tensions flared up in West Asia after Israel launched attacks on Iran on June 13, triggering destruction and casualties in both nations. The ongoing conflict was further compounded by the United States’ strikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities– Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan. Reacting to the US’s ‘Midnight Hammer’ operation against it, Iran said it will remain firm in developing its nuclear sector.
