Neymar’s contract at Santos expires at the end of the calendar year. Olympique de Marseille are reportedly in talks to sign the Brazilian. The 33-year-old is about to compete in his final FIFA World Cup. He wants to move to Europe in order to maintain his fitness.
Since, he has featured sparingly. In a bid to shake his recurring injury issues and break back into the Brazil squad, he joined formative club Santos. However, his deal with the club expires at the end of the calendar year and there are rumours that he could make a return to European football.

The former Barcelona forward is now rumoured to return to France, but not to PSG. TyC Sports report that Olympique de Marseille are negotiating to sign the forward. Aware that he is about to compete in his final FIFA World Cup, he wants to move to Europe in order to perform at a high level and maintain his fitness ahwad of the tournament, as per the Brazilian publication.
However, the report has since been denied by Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna. OM are nonetheless set to secure the signing of Igor Paixão.
