Liberty Athletics finished the 2024-25 season with the top winning percentage in the Commonwealth of Virginia to capture this year’s VaSID All-Sports Survey award.Liberty’s athletics programs finished the 2024-25 season with a 63.2 winning percentage (229-132-7). The Flames posted the top winning percentage among the 14 NCAA Division I athletics programs in the Commonwealth.”We are blessed with incredible support from President Costin, Chancellor Falwell and our University leadership,” said Liberty Vice President and Director of Athletics. “Our coaches, staff and student-athletes performed exceptionally last year, and God has shown us much favor.”The Flames finished ahead of Virginia (62.6 percent/269-160-4), Richmond (61.4 percent/153-96), James Madsion (54.8 percent/182-149-11) and George Mason (54.6 percent/189-157-1).This is the third time Liberty Athletics has finished the year with the top winning percentage in Virginia in the last five years and department history.
