MG Developer, one of Miami’s premier real estate development firms, recently unveiled its latest lifestyle concept with the grand opening of Regency Padel, a state-of-the-art set of new public and private padel courts located at the 176-key Regency Miami Airport by Sonesta. The launch marks a dynamic new chapter in the company’s growing commitment to community wellness, hospitality, and recreation.
One of the fastest-growing sports nationwide with more than 750,000 players across multiple skill levels per 24MarketReports, padel facilities and events have attracted large numbers of new and current enthusiasts, marking an attractive pull factor for hotel guests seeking modern and updated amenities.
“With Regency Padel, we’re creating more than just a court, we’re building experiences that bring people together through sport, design, and lifestyle,” said Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer. “It’s exciting to expand our vision beyond residential communities and into innovative leisure spaces.”
Featuring exhibition matches and a first look at the new facility, the event drew local padel enthusiasts, hospitality partners, and members of the Coral Gables and greater Miami community.
The event was made possible through the generous support of lifestyle and hospitality partners including Red Bull, Polar and Miami-based Caiman Cane which transformed the padel court and pool area into a vibrant hub of activity. Alhambra Parc and The Village at Coral Gables, both signature MG projects, provided additional support for the entire event, including craft coffee from Cienfuegos Coffee, one of Miami’s most renowned coffee crafters.
