“A forfeit like this, it’s not gonna help us because I felt like this game could have gotten a lot of people who sometimes don’t get enough playing time or get playing time like they think they should get to get into the game. I felt like this kind of game would have gotten a lot of the younger players, which could help us in the playoffs,” said Josh Lear.
“It’s great because we get extra time to regroup and just come back together as a team, fully get back on our track and do what we need to do,” said Cory Smith.

“The first year that we’ve done something like this with Victory Basketball. Nelson Schorr, way back when, used to run 3 on 3 events here at this college. I participated in a couple of those, and I know there’s a 3 on 3 league at Swish 365. It’s just a great form of basketball where you can get more touches. It’s a great way to learn. We’re encouraging everyone to email us to register. It should be a great event,” said Jeff Ventiquattro.
