The Casper-Natrona County Health Department inspects restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, mobile food units, commissaries and food vending operations. Comments: Two cockroaches were seen in the grill drawer that is turned off. Employees observed handling drink garnishes with her bare hands. The sanitizer concentration in the dish machine was less than 50 ppm. The wire shelves in the walk-in cooler have an excessive amount of food built up on them, which can fall into the food below them. Several items throughout the facility are not date marked. Vacuum sealed fish that says it is to be kept frozen until time of use was not removed from the packaging before thawing. Several containers of food in the walk-in cooler are not labeled with the contents.
