Noble Hires Chris Ascari as Director of Finance
Chris Ascari will help lead corporate finance initiatives that support the performance and continued evolution of Noble’s investment platforms. He brings nearly fifteen years of experience in real estate finance, most recently serving as a senior leader within EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate group. Over his career, he has led valuations, due diligence, and strategic advisory engagements representing more than $50.0 billion in transaction volume across real estate asset classes and investor types. Noble is entrusted with preserving and compounding capital across market cycles as a fiduciary to many of the world’s leading institutional investors.
Noble is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Ascari as Director of Finance, strengthening the firm’s capabilities as it accelerates the expansion of its institutional investment strategies.
Mr. Ascari will help lead corporate finance initiatives that support the performance and continued evolution of Noble’s investment platforms. He brings nearly fifteen years of experience in real estate finance, most recently serving as a senior leader within EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate group. Over his career, he has led valuations, due diligence, and strategic advisory engagements representing more than $50.0 billion in transaction volume across real estate asset classes and investor types.

Mr. Ascari earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Georgia and a master’s in accounting from the University of Virginia. He holds a CPA license and is accredited in business valuation (ABV).
