OnePlus has announced the launch date for its upcoming products, confirming the arrival of the OnePlus Nord 5, OnePlus Nord CE5, and OnePlus Buds 4 on July 8, 2025 at 2 pm IST.The Nord 5 becomes the first device in the Nord series to be powered by a chipset from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 series. It features the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform built on 4nm architecture, combined with LPDDR5X RAM. The phone also supports Snapdragon Elite Gaming technologies, including hardware-accelerated real-time ray tracing.According to OnePlus, the Nord 5 is capable of running Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) at 90fps natively, with frame interpolation allowing performance up to 144fps. It also supports Call of Duty Mobile at 144fps.The phone is equipped with a thermal management system that includes a Cryo-Velocity VC cooling structure with a 7,300 mm² heat dissipation surface area. The system uses graphene-based materials for heat distribution and targets key components such as the CPU, battery, and camera module.Alongside the smartphones, the company is introducing the OnePlus Buds 4. The new earbuds include dual drivers, dual DACs, and support for LHDC 5.0 and 3D Audio. In Game Mode, they offer latency as low as 47ms. The Buds 4 will be available in two colour options: Zen Green and Storm Grey.Further information on the Nord 5 series and OnePlus Buds 4 will be shared in the coming weeks.
