The official release is set for Tuesday, Sept. 16, coinciding with the start of the new NFL season. At 76, Bradshaw will continue his stint on the popular pre-game show with fellow stars like Michael Strahan and Howie Long. However, the legendary quarterback is looking to prolong his tenure until 2029 before hanging up his hat like Jimmy Johnson did in 2013. He revealed his desire to retire after covering one last Super Bowl, hinting that 2029 could mark his final season on television. He is currently available for pre-order on Flatiron Books, which is published by James O. Fraioli and is available for purchase on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com.

Pittsburgh Steelers’ legendary quarterback and current FOX NFL Sunday analyst, Terry Bradshaw, has revealed that he will be launching ‘The Bradshaw Family Cookbook’ on Sept. 16.
At 76, Bradshaw is relishing the offseason before the new NFL season kicks off. He’ll continue his stint on the popular pre-game show with fellow stars like Michael Strahan and Howie Long.

However, he won’t be sharing the stage with Jimmy Johnson anymore following his retirement, and it seems Bradshaw himself might not be far from calling it a day.

In a chat with Mirror U.S. Sports at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, Bradshaw disclosed his desire to retire after covering one last Super Bowl, hinting that 2029 could mark his final season on television. For now, Bradshaw remains committed to FOX Sports and has even expanded his horizons with his latest venture.
Bradshaw’s family cookbook will feature a compilation of recipes he and his wife, Tammy, have savored over the years. Contributions also come from their daughters, Rachel Bradshaw and Lacey Hester, and son-in-law, Noah Hester, who happens to be an award-winning chef.
Co-authored by the acclaimed James O. Fraioli, the cookbook, published by Flatiron Books, is currently available for pre-order. The official release is set for Tuesday, Sept. 16, coinciding with the start of the new NFL season.
“Food and family go hand in hand for us Bradshaws,” Bradshaw shared. “We’re loud, we joke around a lot, and we sure know how to eat. This cookbook is all about sharing those moments – the stories, the laughs, and the flavors that make our kitchen the heart of our home.

“Whether you’re flipping a steak on the grill or digging into a big ol’ plate of Bradshaw beans, you’re getting a taste of what it means to be part of our family,” he wrapped up. The cookbook will contain recipes that honor their Southern heritage, offering a combo of cozy family dishes and game-day favorites.
Since joining FOX NFL Sunday back in 1994, Bradshaw has risen to become a much-loved figure, adding this success to his reputation as a four-time Super Bowl champ. Despite the passage of time and changing faces in broadcasting, FOX has kept most of the team intact – albeit signs of aging are evident after Johnson’s retirement announcement at 81.
While FOX Sports still holds Bradshaw on contract for two more years, the legendary quarterback is looking to prolong his tenure until 2029 before hanging up his hat like Johnson. Bradshaw revealed some private discussions about his future, saying he told his wife, “I told my wife before I left the room a while ago, I’m sitting there… I said, ‘I’ve got two years left at FOX. I’m 76. Okay, so it’s a young man’s game. I get that.’ Everybody wants the new..”
“And so I said, ‘If we can get to the next Super Bowl, I’ll be 80. That’s… I think that’s time’. 80 years old, that’s pushing it!”.

Before his stint with FOX NFL Sunday, Bradshaw lent his voice as a commentator for CBS. However, his major media breakthrough came in 1994 when he served as an analyst.
David Hill, the FOX Sports executive at the time, recognized Bradshaw’s natural talent. I knew Greg Gumbel but not the guy sitting next to him,” Hill recalled. “He stood up from the desk and walked across the studio to a screen to diagram a play, but it wasn’t really a walk or a strut. It was a confident stride of someone who was totally at home in front of the camera.”

Hill added, “I knew exactly what I wanted for the FOX Sports pregame show. To find out he was Terry Bradshaw was a bit of a shock, but he was the perfect television personality because, with him, you always expected the unexpected.”
