Pin High Sports Bar plans to open its new location in Norwalk Central on Friday, June 20. The bar will feature a variety of sports-based entertainment, including six “true to life” aboutGOLF Simulators and four duckpin bowling lanes, among other more classic games, like pool tables, dart boards, shuffleboard and Golden Tee, according to a news release.

Pin High Sports, 1951 East 18th St. in Norwalk, also boasts upwards of 30 TVs and projector screens. The bar hopes to become “the game day destination for all sports fans,” the news release said.

It will offer a full menu of beer and cocktails and will allow food from Mullets next door.

Norwalk Central is no stranger to the sports scene. The Gregg Young Auto Sports Campus — a sports complex that houses turf fields and indoor courts for a variety of sports — began its opening in phases in 2023, and has served as Norwalk Central’s centerpiece ever since.

When fully built, the 70-acre Norwalk Central on the east side of Highway 28 between Beardsley Street and High Road will have housing, shopping, dining, outdoor trails, parks and an amphitheater, according to previous Register coverage.

“Pin High Sports is the type of place that every growing and thriving community wants to attract. It has something for every type of person, all ages, all levels,” said the City of Norwalk’s Economic Development Director Hollie Zajicek. “We’re thrilled to have them in Norwalk.”
