Few things are more adorable than a fluffy Newfoundland puppy. They can win over just about anyone with their childlike spirit and friendly nature. Just ask Bowser, the English Bulldog, who quickly fell head over heels for his new friend.

Though this gorgeous Newfie pup might already be twice Bowser’s size, they’re equals when it comes to spirited fun. Take a look at their first meeting in this Instagram video from June 10:

There’s something about a Bulldog’s happy grunt that reveals exactly how they’re feeling. Judging by Bowser’s big smile and joyful sounds, he’s thrilled to have a Newfoundland Puppy, Beef, to play with. The games kicked off immediately with some good-natured jumps and nudges.
