The BRICS Summit being held in Brazil is a group of eleven countries, originally five – Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, which was later expanded to include Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Iran.
The 16th BRICS summit held in Kazan, Russia was the first summit which included the extended members. – Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Iran.
