RAVE to drivers in Renton on July 12. Two seniors trying to find our way from South Seattle to Cougar Mountain to join our grandson, ventured into Renton looking for a vaguely remembered route during the I-405 closure. As we found ourselves trapped in semigridlock in downtown, we were treated with courtesy and patience by driver after driver. It was remarkable and uplifting, and we are so grateful. And we did eventually join our grandson for a lovely afternoon.
