Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday praised Home Minister Amit Shah’s fiery speech in Parliament and said both Operation Sindoor and Operation Mahadev played a vital role in eliminating terrorists. Three terrorists, including the mastermind of the Pahalgam attack, were killed in Operation Mahadev on Monday in Jammu and Kashmir.

While speaking in the Lok Sabha, Amit Shah confirmed that all the three Lashkar terrorists who carried out the Pahalgam attack were killed by the security forces in Operation Mahadev, avenging the killings of 26 tourists on April 22. Shah said meticulous plans to nab the terrorists were made hours after the Pahalgam attack, and he ordered the security forces not to allow them to leave the country.

Praising the speech, PM Modi wrote on X that the Home Minister’s address focused on Centre’s efforts towards keeping the nation secure.
