Ribbon-cutting celebrates expanded offerings at Allina Health EP clinic
The Allina Health Eden Prairie clinic celebrated its expanded services with a May 15 open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Minnesota United FC players Anthony Markanich and Alec Smir and mascot PK Loon participated in the event. In February, Allina health expanded its Eden Prairie Clinic footprint by 40,000 square feet to offer more specialty services for patients in the southwest metro area.
Eden Prairie Mayor Ron Case congratulated Allina Health and welcomed community members during the celebration, which included appearances by Minnesota United FC players and the team’s mascot. Allina Health is an official sponsor of the Minnesota United FC soccer team.

In addition to Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Abbott Northwestern General Medicine Associates, the Eden Prairie clinic now offers primary care for all ages; OB-GYN; orthopedics; rehabilitation services through Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy; spine specialty consults from Twin Cities Spine Center; and urogynecology.

Allina Health adds new specialties to Eden Prairie Clinic
Allina Health will begin offering six new specialty services at its Eden Prairie Clinic beginning Feb. 10. The new services – primary care for all ages, OB/GYN, orthopedics, urogynecology, rehabilitation services – join the clinic’s existing offerings.
The new services – primary care for all ages, OB/GYN, orthopedics, urogynecology, rehabilitation services (provided by Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy), and specialized spine consultations (provided by Twin Cities Spine Center) – join the clinic’s existing offerings: Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute, cardiac rehabilitation, and Abbott Northwestern General Medicine Associates.
With the addition of the new specialties, Allina Health has completed a nearly 40,000-square-foot expansion at the Flagship Corporate Center, 775 Prairie Center Drive.
“Allina Health is excited to expand services and bring the expertise of our providers close to home for those who live in the southwest metro,” said Jessica Oiseth, vice president of primary care operations for Allina Health. “The Eden Prairie Clinic is a picturesque location overlooking Purgatory Creek, and we’re pleased to be able to address even more care needs with the addition of six more specialties.”
