RTS Group, a UK-based learning and development provider for the automotive industry, has unveiled a new suite of off-the-shelf training courses through its RTS Academy, designed to meet growing demand for accessible and cost-effective training across the retail motor sector.

According to a press statement, the newly launched RTS Academy courses span three core areas critical to dealership success: Finance, Sales & Service, and Leadership.

Developed by the company’s in-house team of L&D experts, the Academy eLearning courses are £250 per person and can be completed at the convenience of the participant. Academy Facilitated courses are available in both virtual (£550) and face-to-face (£700) formats, each delivering a four-hour learning experience tailored for dealership professionals at various stages of their careers.

According to RTS, the move comes in response to a significant increase in demand for ready-made learning solutions, particularly from dealerships seeking flexible, scalable training that supports staff development while staying within budget. The courses aim to serve a wide variety of business types and sizes across the automotive retail sector.

In a statement, RTS highlighted the value of the new programmes for Dealer Principals looking to upskill their teams, particularly junior staff, as well as compliance and finance professionals working in dealership environments.
