President Donald Trump hosted a who’s who dinner for some of the biggest names in tech — and the CEOs had glowing remarks for the president.
The dinner guest list includes Microsoft cofounder Bill Gates, Apple CEO Tim Cook, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, alongside more than a dozen other executives from leading AI and tech firms.
According to a pool report, with more than 30 chairs around the table, guests were encouraged to speak and went around the table praising the president.
Elon Musk, Tesla’s CEO and once the face of Trump’s White House DOGE office, did not attend, though the White House said a representative for Musk would be there. Musk had a public falling out with the president earlier this year. Trump has said he thinks Musk will return to the GOP fold.
